The Tasmanian Government has released its skilled migration nomination allocation for the 2025–26 program year, offering exciting opportunities for skilled workers seeking to live, work and settle in Australia. Skilled Work Regional Visa (Subclass 491)

Weekly Invitation Rounds Have Begun


Migration Tasmania is now issuing weekly invitations to candidates who have submitted a Registration of Interest (ROI).

Each week, the following information will be published:

  • Number of ROI invitations issued

  • Lowest-scoring ROI selected

  • Total nomination places remaining

  • Total ROI applications still in queue

This allows applicants to monitor competitiveness and adjust their strategy accordingly.
