ART Appeals

ART Appeals
An ART appeal is a review of a decision made by a government body where the applicant believes that an incorrect decision has been made and there are grounds for review. An appeal gives the applicant the opportunity to present arguments and information, such as supplying supporting documents or evidence, to the Tribunal to consider and review.

An appeal gives the applicant the opportunity to present arguments and information, such as supplying supporting documents or evidence, to the Tribunal to consider and review.
You must lodge your appeal to the ART within given time frame from the visa refusal date (normally within 28 days). However, the timeframe can vary depending on the type of decision and the method by which you were notified of the decision. If the appeal is not lodged within this timeframe, you would in general lose your right to review.
