Synergy Migration Services only collects personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to provide you with our services. The kind of personal information we collect and hold will depend upon the type of services that you request from us and may include: your name, date of birth, address, contact details and relevant identification documents including immigration information.

We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, when you provide information about your personal or business affairs, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, communicate with our customer support on consultations, assessments online, by telephone, by email, via our website, from partner’s websites in which we have dedicated pages, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies, from social media and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

We will never disclose your personal details to a third party except the necessary information required by providers of products or services you have purchased or to protect the rights, property or safety of The Migration Agency, our customers or third parties or if required by law.

In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve our website and services but not for any other use.

Synergy Migration Services stores personal information in a combination of computer storage facilities, paper-based files and other records. Once personal information is no longer required to be retained, it is either destroyed or permanently de – identified.
